After serving in the United States Army for two decades, Richard commited himself to creating equal employment opportunities for all people. With graduate and post graduate qualifications in criminal justice, public administration, and HR; he has extensive experience in the public sector and implementing inclusion initiatives and programs of work in challenging environments. He is a high energy facilitator with stories that inspire action in program participants.

Scott makes every participant feel like they belong and are valued. Being profoundly Deaf, his story of exclusion and inclusion captivates our program participants. He shares the daily challenges he faces as a consumer, business owner, and human being. Without judgement he assists people to identify what they can do better to create a more inclusive experience for people with specific needs.

Elizabeth is an expert in organisational culture, transformation and behaviour change, with a career focus on assisting businesses, teams and individuals to be the best they can be.  After indirectly experiencing the discrimination her Deaf husband experiences everyday, she dedicated herself to creating a world where everyone is included. Coupled with her international keynote speaking eperience, she brings this capability and passion to The Inclusive Institute.

The International Inclusive Standard was developed by expert researchers with comtributions sought from individuals with lived experience, business tranformation professionals, and specialist organisations including; Fair Work Australia.

Participant feedback on our programs is consistently exceptional. If you would like to speak to one of our clients for a testimonial, we would be happy to put you in contact.

    Inclusive Difference

The International Inclusive Standard guides the identification and implementation of tangible things that are empirically proven to create inclusion. Participants of all our programs walk away with a very clear check list of what they will do to create inclusion in their workplace.

The Inclusive Institute certification programs are not label specific because all labels do is highlight difference and continue to put the onus back on the individual. Participants of our programs will develop skills, knowledge, and behaviours to include all people (ncluding all the labels; gender and sexual identity, religious and cultural identity, Indigenous, age, and ability).

Our facilitators are not trainers. All of our facilitators are people who passionate about inclusion and have real lived exclusion experience. Participants of all our programs have the opportunity to ask questions in a safe space to lern more about others that may be different to them.

Lead their business, functions, and people inclusively while setting the tone for the rest of the organisation.

Structure, guide and govern holistic inclusion initiatives that drive a measurable difference.

    Inclusive Certification

Inclusive certification is not unconsious bias training or more workshops about creating diversity awareness. The Inclusive Insitute provides certification programs based on The International Inclusive Standard developed by The Inclusive Foundation.  By undertaking Inclusive Certification, you and your leaders and people, will be equipped with the skills, knowledge, tools and behaviours to be inclusive of everyone while also experiencing the operational, financial and legislative compliance benefits of inclusive practices.

You shouldn't really need an ROI to justify inclusion. But did you know?

    Inclusive Compliance

AN EEO PR CRISIS will immediately reduce revenue and STOCK VALUE

up to 90% of contract and tender requests have a social procurement clause

the average employee discrimination judgment is $200k plus legal costs

While including everyone is simply the right thing to do, inclusive compliance is also a driver for change.

We strive to demonstrate a deep respect for all people inside and outside our organisation and for the communities in which we all live.

Passion is at the heart of our organisation and we channel that energy to continuously innovate and deliver our very best in all we do.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries - developed and developing - in a global partnership. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
