With graduate and post graduate qualifications in criminal justice, public administration, and HR; he has extensive experience in the public sector and implementing inclusion initiatives and programs of work in challenging environments. He is a high energy facilitator with stories that inspire action in program participants.
Scott makes every participant feel like they belong and are valued. Being profoundly Deaf, his story of exclusion and inclusion captivates our program participants. He shares the daily challenges he faces as a consumer, business owner, and human being. Without judgement he assists people to identify what they can do better to create a more inclusive experience for people with specific needs.
Elizabeth is an expert in organisational culture, transformation and behaviour change, with a career focus on assisting businesses, teams and individuals to be the best they can be. After indirectly experiencing the discrimination her Deaf husband experiences everyday, she dedicated herself to creating a world where everyone is included. Coupled with her international keynote speaking eperience, she brings this capability and passion to The Inclusive Institute.

The Inclusive Institute certification programs are not label specific because all labels do is highlight difference and continue to put the onus back on the individual.
